02 EASILY GET IN TOUCH
You have an assigned adjuster, where you can see their photo, full name, email, and contact number. You will also have a dedicated Go Insurance contact, who you can email and chat with.
03 TRACK YOUR CLAIM STATUS
As your claim is being adjusted, you will be able to track it as easily as watching an Amazon delivery—moving from the status of submitted to closed. Once your claim is closed, you will be notified immediately when payment is in the app.
